Scuba Diving in Cuba

Scuba Diving in CubaI first came to Cuba in 1992, on a Scuba diving holiday, and spent most of my time underwater!

The water was clear and warm, the dive sites were virtually empty (a welcome change from diving in the Red Sea).

I got to see my first Spanish galleon shipwreck, my first school of free dolphins, and my biggest shark (4 metres!) An experience which I shall never forget.

Things haven't changed much since then.

Every time I go diving in Cuba, I always surface with a huge smile on my face.

Scuba Diving in CubaCuba and its Islands, offer a huge diversity of marine life. These cayos, which are practically surrounded by coral, are of special interest to scuba diving buffs because they have excellent Scuba Diving and Snorkeling conditions.

There are no strong marine currents and the area and the warm, calm unpolluted water is so clear that you can see through for 110 feet - 33 m. Cuba is at the edge of the tropics, the water temperature is between 21C to 25C.

Cuba is ideal for Scuba Diving and Snorkelling - Why not try it for yourself?
