Electricity in Cuba

Sockets are usually two-pronged flat-pin (US type).

Electricity in Cuba

Electricity in Cuba is mostly 110 volts (especially in Casa Particulars).

This means that any European electrical equipment will be very slow.

Beware of mobile phone & camera battery chargers.

You may be lucky, and if your room has air conditioning, then you may also have a 220 volt plug. (Which is usually indicated by someone writing "220V" in ink beside it!  Check before using it!
