Cuba operates a dual currency system.

There are two different forms of currency in Cuba - both are legal tender for Tourists.

TToilets in Cubaoilet paper is usually provided in all hotels rooms and casa particulars, but be warned…it’s not quite Andrex!

Whenever you use a toilet please place your toilet paper in the rubbish bin provided - DO NOT flush it down the toilet as this may block the sewerage system.
